- Up to 100 SKUs*, 10 categories, 3 subcategories per category, one attribute (size OR color or other attribute) and up to three product variations (3 total per product).**
- 120 hours are included in this project for all requests for the first 8 weeks, or approximately 15 hours per week.
- Additional hours on the same project are available at reduced hourly rate of $75/hour in 20 hour prepaid service plans if initial project is paid in full.
- Payment processing options include Square or Paypal through WooCommerce extensions. We will need to temporarily authenticate your account and settings with Wordpress with your assistance.
- Additional payment processors are available but will require a change order and additional statement of work.
- Wordpress 5.0, Gutenberg compatible.
- Please budget an additional $500 for out of pocket expenses to include WooCommerce extension bundle & approved theme pro version.
- Wordpress hosting packages are available through GoDaddy, BlueHost and other service providers. We have experience with GoDaddy & Bluehost, as well as Managed.com. Client is responsible for all web hosting expenses, SSL (security certificate) and malware scanning expenses.
- Number of plug-ins are limited. While there are numerous plug-ins available, each additional plug-in requested adds research, time and learning curve. It also adds vulnerability and testing. Thus we charge research and labor costs for additional plug-ins installed on any Wordpress website. It is important to keep up website malware scanning solutions, weekly backup plans, and plug-in & core website updates as part of any website maintenance program. This service is sold separately.
- Each website requires a 60% deposit paid by ACH debit or credit card.
- Websites typically launch within 4-6 weeks from date of digital assets and deposit received.
- After 8 weeks, the full amount is due, unless we have not finished the deliverables as contracted. If there is a delay on the client’s side, payment is still due in full in a timely fashion.
- Recommended PHP 7.0, Wordpress Gutenberg 5.0 compatibility theme, plug-ins and hosting environment
- All sites have Google Analytics code / tags, Yoast SEO plug-in with page title SEO. Meta descriptions will be SEO enabled for home page and main category pages. Product level SEO is available for a separate fee.
- All redesigns require 301 redirects, with web hosting administrative access and ability to edit htaccess file, or similar setup if at Bluehost.
- All digital image assets must be licensed and stored in Google Drive
